Body painting that keeps getting removed from Facebook. Remove this, bitch!

All of the pictures in this blog are of body painting that I did. I did not take all the photographs. Some of the photographers featured are Miss Missy Photography, Charlie Girl of Papermoon, Scott Hunter Smith, Dynamite Dames and Crissy Brookshire.

I can't "F-ing" believe this!

I went to log into my new account for close friends on Facebook, and BLAM! they removed pics from the Gay Pride parade in Dallas. The pics were of the people that we body painted for the Jagermeister party. All the people painted were wearing bikini's and shorts. No nudity or anything obscene. I don't get it. It seems that I am being targeted, but for what I do not know. I removed all people that I haven't known for years. We'll see if that stops it. Some people just don't have enough to do with themselves.

The photos you see here are all that is left on my Facebook account. You can CLEARLY see that they are clothed. There is NO nudity at all.

DeSanto "Crew Cut" from Boondock Saints II is a fan!

Thought I would share this link to a video testimonial of his love for my work. It was filmed during the Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day LA Premiere Party.

People just can't seem to leave me alone

For the last week, my Facebook pages have been under attack. Photos of my body painting work (that have been up for years) are being deemed inappropriate and being taken down without me being consulted first. None of the pictures were illegal. In fact, if the girls that were painted, were to walk around public like that nothing legal could be done to them. So, in stead of causing myself more stress, I have decided to take all body painted pictures down, and post them on my website www.HelloDarlingPhotography.com and if there is any question as to whether I own that business name or not, I registered that name with Tarrant and Dallas counties years ago, as well as sent off for my copyright.

In other news, I have been back to body painting. I've posted a new picture on my website. I will be posting more pictures of my photos soon. Also, I have been commissioned to paint a picture to be used in a music video. This will be the second time my work is featured in a music video. The first time was for Dorrough.

I'll have pictures as soon as I am allowed to.

I guess I'll sneak out for now. I've got some stuff to do.

I've had an interesting two years, to say the least. I'm hoping to be able to find the time to maintain this blog a little more often. I decided to go back to school to get my master's to become an art teacher on the college level. I'm quite close to finishing, actually. That should be the beginning of a large happy chapter in my short time here.

OH! Good news, my kids and I moved into a new house in Arlington. We're back from our trip to the White Mountains of Arizona, and we've set up what we hope would be a permanent fort. :) I've got a large working studio in the back, and 2500 square feet of fun for all the kiddies to enjoy. I hope to get some painting done today, and get some people over here for some photo sessions! I'll try and remember to post pictures soon. Below are some images of what I hope to get the images to look like. If you'd like to be one of these girls email me at amyandmadison@gmail.com to book a spot.

Right now, the project is recreating Vargas style paintings with photography and body paint. I'll let you know how it goes.
